The master plan consists of 200-hectare site development around existing lake at Cibinong regency. The landscape planning aims to enhance the waterfront activities and provide ecological value for the new development. The strategic planning work within existing condition. The lush bamboo area is enhanced to become a new bamboo forest destination. Wetland terraces along the water edge will help to clean the water. Blue-Green infrastructure on each parcel development is planned to replace conventional concrete drain structure. The master plan won silver award at International 5th SIP (Singapore Institute of Planners) Award.
